From the Long Island Expressway take Exit 56 North towards Smithtown. You will cross Route 347 at which point Route 111 becomes Happauge Road. Continue traveling north. At Main Street (Route 25) make a left and travel straight for approximately 1 mile. You will pass Stop & Shop Supermarket on the right. At the next traffic light, the road will fork. Bear right (Route 25a- St. Johnland Road). Travel approximately 1/2 mile to the blue and white "H" sign. At the light make a left turn into the hospital grounds. We are located in the Medical Office Building, Suite 301.
